PRODUCT DELIVERY

By ordering from the online store www.batsikashop.gr you can receive wherever you are, Greece or abroad. The calculation of the weight or volume of your order is done after consultation so that we can offer you the lowest possible shipping cost.

Deliveries on Saturday and Sunday are not made.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. There is a possibility (upon agreement) that shipping to Thessaloniki or Athens will be at our expense but only for collection from the warehouses of each agency.

Note: The free shipping amount is not fixed and may change from time to time.

Packages over 5 kg or the corresponding volumetric weight may be shipped by a shipping company and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs vary based on the volume, quantity and weight of the packages.

2. DELIVERY TO GREECE

Delivery by Courier

Subject to what is expressly defined in these Terms of Use and Transactions, products are delivered to Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras and other major urban cities within two (2) working days, to the rest of Greece within three (3) working days, in remote and island areas there may be a delay of up to five (5) working days.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transportation and delivery times.

Delivery by transport company

For packages over 5 kilos, they may be sent by a shipping company where the delivery time is 3-5 working days and in hard-to-reach areas up to 7 working days.

In the event that the destination is a remote, inaccessible area or the local transport company makes deliveries for an extra charge, then the order will be picked up by the nearest cooperating transport agency.

In the event that the shipping company fails to deliver the package to you (due to your absence), you may be charged extra shipping fees for receiving your package, where the cost is determined by the shipping company and not by our company.

In case you wish to use a shipping company of your preference with which Batsikashop does not cooperate, please inform us of the details of the company in question so that we can contact them.

3. DELIVERY TO CYPRUS

Orders for Cyprus are placed by phone and online.

They are carried out by a shipping company (which has a branch in Cyprus). Shipping costs are determined depending on the products you have selected.

4. DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Orders for Europe are only made electronically and only with prepayment by card and are shipped by Road to countries that geographically belong to Europe (Zone 1, 2, 3). They are carried out by a shipping company, the packages are shipped daily and within 5-7 business days they will be at your door.
