By charging your debit/credit card

The clearing process of your payment is undertaken by Eurobank, in its secure transaction system with e-Commerce service of Worldline Greece, thus ensuring the absolute security of your transaction. 

During the purchase process via debit/credit card, the customer is automatically transferred to a secure server in the service. All data transmitted electronically by the customer (credit card details) to the service. The ePOS platform and the Payment Link and Live-Pay services fully support the 3D Secure security protocol.

In this case, the card details are not stored anywhere, but are only used during checking and charging. Thus, the transactions you make with batsikashop.gr via credit cards are completely secure. batsikashop.gr does not collect or store your credit card details in any way, and for this reason you need to re-enter them every time you use your credit card for transactions through this site.

By Bank Deposit

If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, you will need to prepay your order (and any agreed costs, e.g. shipping) in order to begin the process of processing your order request and the reservation of the products included in it by us, in our company's bank account that appears in the e-mail you will receive immediately after your order is processed, stating your order code and your last name as the reason. The waiting time for the deposit is 2 days.

In case of deposit from a bank other than ours, bank charges are borne exclusively by the buyer.

You must then send us a copy of the specific deposit to the e-mail [email protected]. After receiving a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, the order processing and confirmation process is followed and the relevant e-mails and/or messages are sent to the mobile phone number you have provided to us.

Pickup from the store

You can pick up and pay (by cash or credit/debit card) for all our products from our store at the 9th km of the Larissa-Volos PEO, Platykampou Interchange, LARISSA.
